There is free public parking on Pier 4
The Annex parking lot requires a permit
Both lots are locked overnight,
between 10pm and 7am
(during which time it is easy to find street parking)
For deliveries and loading in/out, use the Annex lot, there is a garage door and a freight elevator just inside
